Description
Spy Gamer Level 1 is Stealth's default super deformed form, activated by inserting the Bakuretsu Spy Gashat into the Gamer Driver.

Background
Kenta activate the Bakuretsu Spy Gashat to transform into his Level 1 form and showing off his fighting style to defeat the Giant Bugster Virus.
