Survival Heaven Gamer Level 99 is Fal-Ren's upgrade and presumably his ultimate Form, activated by utilizing Gashat Key Dual † in the Gamer Driver. This form combines Dungeon Gamer and Demon Gamer.

Powers & Abilities
As the form's name suggests, this form combines the powerful attacks of Heaven Dungeon and the stealthy dodges of Survival Demon, along with the four movesets (Shadow Claw, Flame Charge, Plasma Shield, and Restoration), making him the toughest player to fight.

He creates the black mist, surrounds the enemies. His claws grew longer then slashes the enemy around them. "Good night."

The angel right wing and devil left wing appeared on his back. He flies up in the air, yellow aura and red flames forming an attack and Rider Kick to the enemy. "Finished! Rank S!"
